STORY TELLING
For Environmental Impact
WHY STORIES FOR
CONSERVATION?
We believe storytelling is a powerful tool to challenge the status quo. By sharing the work of conservation pioneers, silent heroes, and community-led initiatives, we amplify solutions that encourage deeper learning from and connection to the land.
Through these stories, we foster a renewed relationship with nature-one that emphasises regeneration and coexistence.
By showcasing the tangible impact of conservation, we aim to cultivate a deeper understanding and appreciation of how to live with, restore, and protect our planet.
We believe in the role of conservation in safeguarding ecosystems and deepening our relationship with nature/earth/planet
Our vision is to amplify solutions and champion the community- and wildlife-centred conservation efforts of our partners.
By highlighting the stories of people, indigenous knowledge systems, and transformative approaches to conservation, we aim to inspire ways to adapt, transform, and learn from the land while amplifying role models in their fields. We craft stories that strike a delicate balance between urgency and hope, avoiding the trap of climate doom.
Through creative storytelling, multimedia approaches, and visual narratives, we bring these stories to life, engaging a global audience and championing local voices, artists, and creativity to inspire meaningful change.
We craft powerful narratives that amplify conservation efforts, engage global audiences, and inspire action. Through deep storytelling and immersive visuals, we connect groundbreaking initiatives with people eager to radically imagine a new world.
Man-made climate change threatens ecosystems across Africa, manifesting through droughts, floods, weather instability, and erosion. These changes intensify human-wildlife conflict as both species fight for survival, competing for the same, increasingly scarcer resources. Conservation can play a pivotal role in adapting to this world in transformation. Effective conservation looks beyond wildlife in isolation, addressing intersectional and ecosystem-level impacts.
This approach integrates:
* Health and Education
* Ecosystem Health and Climate Adaptation
* Wildlife Conservation
* Combatting Human-Wildlife Conflict
By reshaping conservation to include community empowerment and indigenous knowledge systems at their core, we can protect and restore vital ecosystems.
